The character of Cape San Blas
Cape San Blas is a seventeen-mile spit of sand between the Gulf and St. Joseph Bay, with one road in and no high-rises anywhere on it. The beaches are unguarded and dog-friendly, the dunes at T.H. Stone State Park are the tallest on this stretch of coast, and the families who found the Cape a decade ago still book the same week every summer.
Homes here trade on Gulf-front and boardwalk access, and the calendar runs deeper than most owners expect: scallop season carries St. Joseph Bay through late summer, fall belongs to fishermen and off-season regulars, and spring fills before most of the Panhandle wakes up.
