30A is a slow two-lane road through the beach towns that made new-urbanism famous: Seaside's squares, Grayton's art shacks, WaterColor's boardwalks, Rosemary's masonry courtyards. Between them lie rare coastal dune lakes and nineteen miles of bike path that carry more traffic than the road does.
This is the Panhandle's premium shelf, and it books like it. Design-led homes near the town centers command the coast's highest rates, families reserve their weeks far in advance, and couples fill the shoulder seasons. Owners do well here when a home is kept to the standard its rates imply, which takes more than a good address.
